We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Training & Development function, screening and Recruitment. The intern will assist in organizing training programs, maintaining learning records, and contributing to employee development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs
- Support onboarding and induction training activities
- Maintain training calendars and employee training records
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training partners
- Collect and analyze feedback to measure training effectiveness
- Support skill gap analysis and employee development initiatives
- Help maintain Learning Management System (LMS) data (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing monthly training reports and dashboards
Required Skill Set
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR functions and Learning & Development concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of HRMS or LMS platforms (preferred)
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations
- Understanding of training need analysis (TNA) concepts
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
Educational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / MHRM / related field
