Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Maintain records of purchase orders, receipts, payments, and all transactions
- Schedule and verify purchase deliveries
- Monitor the procurement budget and expenditure
- Find the most reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality suppliers
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
- Determine purchase needs and monitor inventory levels
- Resolve issues with suppliers related to quality, service, supply, and invoices
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of procurement
- Experience in construction or interior company will be an advantage
