Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Customer Support Executive for a blended voice and chat support process in Gurgaon.
This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills and are looking to begin their career in the customer service or BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

- Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

For this particular requirement, B.Tech, MCA and MBA candidates can be considered with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
Candidates from these qualifications who are freshers may not be considered for this requirement.
Candidates who are currently pursuing graduation may also be considered, subject to their availability for a full-time role.
