Role: Business Operations Manager
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM IST
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to independently manage the day-to-day running of our branch/office in the FMCG domain. This role suits a candidate who can comfortably juggle admin, operations, and sales support responsibilities for a single center, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination with the regional/head office.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the daily functioning of the branch/office, ensuring all departments (admin, operations, sales) run smoothly.
· Support and coordinate with the sales team to help achieve monthly sales targets.
· Track order status, dispatch schedules, and follow up with distributors/retailers as needed.
· Assist in executing promotional schemes and market activities at the center level.
· Oversee stock/inventory at the center — receiving, storage, and dispatch.
· Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and returns handling.
· Handle day-to-day office administration — vendor coordination, office supplies, upkeep of premises, and basic facility management.
· Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and expenses with the reporting manager.
· Flag any operational issues, customer complaints, or compliance concerns promptly.
Required Skills
· 3–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or branch-level operations
· Prior experience handling admin + operations + sales coordination together is preferred
· Basic understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes
· Good administrative and coordination skills
· Comfortable with MS Excel and basic MIS reporting
· Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
· Ability to multitask and take ownership of day-to-day center operations
