Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Promote and sell chemical products by understanding customer needs and providing technical solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial / specialty chemicals and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
