About the Internship
Vibrantick Infotech Solutions is looking for energetic, confident, and motivated Business Executive Interns who are interested in business development, sales, client relationship management, and market research. This internship provides practical exposure to the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, and market research.
- Research potential clients and target industries.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online directories.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain and update lead databases in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
Client Communication
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
Proposal & Documentation
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Support documentation for client onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
Market Research
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest business improvements.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM with client information and sales progress.
- Track sales activities and follow up on pending opportunities.
- Support customer relationship management initiatives.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Development, and Design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services is beneficial.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates.
- BBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales), B.Com, M.Com, BA, BCA, B.Tech, or graduates from any discipline interested in business development.
