Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews
- Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 1year to 2 year of experience in recruitment
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
