Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You will play a crucial role in driving our D2C e-commerce growth by optimizing our marketing strategies and enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the marketing team.
- Audience Targeting:
- Identify and segment target audiences for effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while achieving marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the D2C or e-commerce sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the skincare industry or similar consumer goods.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
