Le Lumiere Restaurant is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. If you have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in restaurant operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Prepare daily reports and achieve sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and team management.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
