About the Role :
Luminar Technolab is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in digital marketing training and be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented sessions to students.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and projects.
Train students on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and assessments.
Guide students in building live projects and portfolios.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of SEO, Tech SEO , Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, E-commerce marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Digital Marketing certifications are preferred).
Mandatory: Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer.
Hands-on industry experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Salary :
Salary will be based on experience and skills.
