- Previous experience in a customer service Advisor role, preferably with Automobile Industry
- Preparing Job cards with good technical knowledge.
- Explaining complex vehicle issues to customers in understandable terms
- Providing cost estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance
- Suggesting products and services to customers
- Ensuring the quality of service meets the Service canter standards
