Project Coordinator & Task Manager
Position Overview
BlackRock Digital Marketing Agency seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator & Task Manager to oversee the flow of work within our marketing agency. This individual will be responsible for receiving requests, creating and assigning tasks, following up with team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accountability until projects are fully completed.
The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and persistent in following up. They must be comfortable asking questions, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Task Management & Coordination
- Receive project requests from management, clients, and internal teams.
- Create, organize, and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
- Assign tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up regularly with team members on outstanding work.
- Escalate delays, risks, or issues to management.
Project Tracking
- Maintain a centralized list of all active and pending projects.
- Track project status from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all required approvals and deliverables are obtained.
- Provide regular status updates to management.
Team Accountability
- Hold team members accountable for assigned deadlines.
- Ensure work is completed according to agency standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and workload issues.
- Coordinate resources to keep projects moving forward.
Quality Review
- Review completed work before submission to management or clients.
- Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
- Verify that requested changes and revisions have been implemented.
Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact between management and production teams.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings when required.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines and priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, account management, or team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, creative, or digital agency environment is preferred.

- Percentage of projects completed on time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
