Qualification :
Diploma /B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineer with minimum 2 year of experience in any chemical/Bulk drug/Pharma/API Manufacturing company.

1. Project Procurement Planning
- Develop and execute procurement plans in line with project schedules and engineering deliverables.
2. Engineering & Technical Coordination
- Review engineering documents, specifications, BOQs/MTOs, datasheets, drawings, and material requisitions before initiating procurement.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to clarify technical requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to approved and qualified suppliers.
3. Vendor Management & Technical Evaluation
- Identify potential suppliers in coordination with the vendor development/procurement team.
- Obtain and evaluate technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate technical bid evaluations with Engineering and Project teams.
- Prepare commercial comparison statements and support vendor selection.
- Participate in vendor negotiations for price, delivery, payment terms, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
4. Expediting & Delivery Monitoring
- Track purchase orders from placement through manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and testing requirements.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure purchased items comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality plans, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate inspection requirements with QA/QC and third-party inspection agencies.
6. Commercial & Contract Coordination
- Evaluate commercial offers and prepare comparison statements.
- Support negotiations and finalization of commercial terms.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete procurement records, including RFQs, quotations, technical evaluations, commercial comparisons, POs, vendor drawings, inspection reports, and delivery documents.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
