About the role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own FanOS Intelligence, the AI and data layer powering personalised, intelligent fan experiences. This is a hands-on product leadership role where you will drive end-to-end ownership from vision and roadmap to real-world deployments with global clients. You will work closely with engineering, AI, design, and GTM teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable, productised offerings. The role requires strong product judgement, technical fluency, and the ability to build data-rich, AI-powered products that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FanOS Intelligence

Balance client needs, market opportunity, and technical feasibility

Define product direction for AI-powered experiences
End-to-End Product Lifecycle

Lead discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration cycles

Translate strategy into well-scoped product requirements

Drive high-quality, scalable product releases
AI & Data Product Development

Define AI product experiences including conversational interfaces, recommendations, and analytics

Set quality benchmarks for latency, accuracy, and user experience

Define guardrails for brand voice, safety, and editorial consistency
Data Architecture & Platform Thinking

Drive product decisions on data architecture (knowledge graphs, pipelines, APIs)

Enable reusable intelligence layer across multiple product lines

Ensure scalability and multi-tenant product design
Go-to-Market & Commercialization

Partner with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, and positioning

Support demos, client onboarding, and key customer conversations

Build productised offerings with clear boundaries vs bespoke work
Metrics & Performance

Define and track product KPIs — adoption, engagement, quality, and revenue impact

Use data to drive prioritisation and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, Design, and Sales teams

Align stakeholders across product, tech, and business

Drive product thinking across the organization
Background and Experience:
Experience
-
8–10 years of product management experience
-
Experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C products
-
3+ years working on AI/ML or data-heavy products
Core Experience
-
Experience with AI systems (RAG, conversational AI, recommendation engines, analytics)

Experience scaling multi-tenant, multi-client platforms
Experience across full product lifecycle (0- 1 and scale)
Technical Skills

Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data architectures

Familiarity with APIs, pipelines, and platform design

Ability to engage deeply with engineering and AI teams
Key Skills

Strong product judgement and prioritisation ability
