Implementation & Configuration: Driving the OTM setup and configuration to align with specific business requirements, including order management, planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.

Project Coordination: Assisting with program rollout activities, such as onboarding new business units, project coordination, status reporting, and communication to management.

Integration: Performing data mapping and integration activities to connect OTM with other enterprise systems like ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS), WMS, and third-party logistics platforms.

Testing & Support: Developing test plans and executing unit/integration testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing post-go-live/production support and troubleshooting.

Documentation & Training: Creating and maintaining technical specifications, design documents, and end-user training materials and conducting workshops to educate users on OTM functionalities.

Process Improvement: Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement using OTM and related technologies.
