Skills/Responsibilities:
> To manage product quality function and drive continual improvements and over all quality culture in the plant.
> Drive QMS, EMS & OHSAS and continual improvement in the plant.
> To ensure customer satisfaction through controlling measures and superior quality products.
> Resolve customer complaints through advanced QC tools, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action.
> Provide effective and timely feedback to customers on their queries / complaints.
> Continually improve parts, processes and products.
> Ensure vendor and subcontractor Quality.
> Ensure poke yoke during inspection.
> Create awareness and drive quality of vendors and subcontractors.
> Also has to have management representative knowledge
