Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to attract suitable candidates
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, references, and networking Conduct outbound calls for candidate sourcing and basic lead generation
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain and update candidate databases, records, and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
