Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure & maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, system access, and biometric attendance.
- Configure and maintain CCTV systems and IT security.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and network uptime.
- Maintain IT asset register and software licenses.
- Provide helpdesk support and technical assistance for meetings.
- Travel to branches/hubs for IT support when required.
Skills Required:
- Windows & Mac OS administration.
- Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Routing & Switching).
- Firewall, antivirus & basic cybersecurity knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
