Key Responsibilities
● Manage leadership calendars, meetings, appointments, emails, and daily priorities.
● Prepare MIS reports, presentations, executive documents.
● Manage day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
● Coordinate customer samples, maintain inventory/shipment trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Track operational action items and ensure timely completion across teams.
● Accompany leadership to factory visits, customer meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, vendor sourcing, and basic technical research.
● Support machinery/vendor identification, procurement, and operational projects.
● Handle ad-hoc operational assignments while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline
● 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or executive coordination.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
● Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a high-agency mindset.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern AI productivity tools.
● Comfortable working in both office and factory environments while handling sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
