About the Role
Veer Plastics Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer and exporter of geotextiles and synthetic roofing solutions, is looking for an IT
Technical Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, network infrastructure, and technical support across our
corporate office and plant locations, including support for our SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support (hardware, software, and network issues) to end users across all locations
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Coordinate with SAP support team/consultants to resolve user-level SAP access, login, and basic functional issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware and software licenses)
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights (Active Directory or equivalent)
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity protocols are implemented and maintained
- Support video conferencing, EPABX/telephony systems, and CCTV/biometric systems where applicable
- Liaise with external vendors for AMC, procurement, and repairs of IT equipment
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide IT support during audits, ensuring compliance with data security norms
- Travel to plant locations (Santej, Borisina, Kadi, Mehr) as needed for on-site support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT technical support/network administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SAP (basic user support level; SAP Basis knowledge is a plus)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, IP addressing)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, servers)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data backup solutions
- Good communication skills — ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations/priorities
Preferred / Good to Have
- Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Experience supporting SAP in a manufacturing/export-oriented company
- Experience with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, or EPABX

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
