About the Role We are seeking an experienced C&I Sales Executive to drive solar adoption among factories, commercial establishments, institutions, and industrial clients. This role handles larger ticket sizes and longer sales cycles, requiring strong technical-commercial understanding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop B2B leads — factories, warehouses, schools/colleges, hospitals, showrooms, and commercial buildings.
· Engage decision-makers (owners, plant heads, finance/procurement) and manage the full sales cycle.
· Assess load profiles, electricity bills, and rooftop/land availability to propose optimal system sizing.
· Present commercial models — CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, and financing options — along with detailed ROI and payback analysis.
· Advise clients on HT/LT connections, net/gross metering, open access, and applicable C&I tariffs.
· Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue/MW targets.
· Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat/expansion business.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of solar sales experience, ideally in the commercial & industrial segment.
· Own two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving licence is mandatory.
· Strong understanding of solar economics, commercial models, and DISCOM processes for C&I connections.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to read electricity bills, do basic system sizing, and handle technical-commercial discussions.
· Network/contacts in the local industrial/commercial belt is a strong plus.
Compensation
· Fixed salary: Salary + attractive incentive structure (commission on closed capacity/value).
· Travel allowance + significant earning upside on large deals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
