Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating revenue for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and custom software development services to domestic and international clients.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, online marketplaces, and outbound sales.
- Acquire domestic and international clients for IT services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate effort estimation and smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of web development technologies, mobile applications, UI/UX, cloud solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in international sales (US, UK, Australia, Europe, Middle East) will be an added advantage.
