About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, research, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in lead generation, outreach, prospect qualification, and client demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up communications.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct product/service demos for prospective clients and explain key features and benefits.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client interaction.
- Ability to confidently conduct online demos and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools.
- Strong research and data collection abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Experience in the EdTech industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
