Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all boarding houses.
- Ensure student safety, wellbeing, discipline, and pastoral care.
- Supervise House Parents, Wardens, Tutors, and Boarding Staff.
- Coordinate with academic, medical, transport, security, and administrative teams.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student welfare and hostel-related
matters.
- Plan and monitor evening study schedules, weekend activities, and student engagement
programmes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding norms, and hostel regulations.
- Maintain records, reports, and boarding-related documentation.
- Handle emergencies and student welfare concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Education or related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration, student welfare, hostel management,
or boarding school operations.
- Experience working in any international residential school environment will be an added
advantage.
