Job Summary:
An Educational Counsellor's role involves guiding students in their academic, personal, and professional development. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Guidance: Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to students
- Academic Planning: Help students create academic plans, set goals, and choose courses
- Career Development: Assist students in exploring career options and developing career plans
- Support Services: Refer students to support services, such as tutoring, mental health resources, and financial aid
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Previous experience in counselling or education
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with diverse student populations
* Knowledge of academic advising and counselling theories
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
