Job Summary
OneCall Digital Services is looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. This role will focus on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through creative campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with OneCall Digital Services’ business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, reels, stories).
- Oversee daily management of social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
- Identify trends, tools, and opportunities to keep OneCall Digital Services ahead in the digital space.
- Manage influencer partnerships and digital collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong interpersonal skills for community engagement and influencer management.
