We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic UPSC Academic Counsellor to assist civil services aspirants in understanding the UPSC examination process and selecting the most suitable preparation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of the UPSC examination structure. Key Responsibilities
- Guide students regarding UPSC preparation, including Foundation, Prelims, Mains, and Optional Subject programs.
- Provide detailed information about the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, preparation strategies, and available courses.
- Conduct counselling sessions through walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Assess students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses or batches.
- Address student and parent queries in a professional and supportive manner.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain records of enquiries, counselling interactions, and admissions. Preferred Candidate Profile
- UPSC aspirants or candidates with knowledge of the Civil Services Examination will be preferred.
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
