1. Tender Management:
- Assist in preparing and submitting tenders on time.
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements.
2. Data & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and submission timelines.
- Organise and store tender-related documents for future reference.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Research upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Analyse competitor bids to understand pricing and positioning strategies.
4. Financial Understanding:
- Apply basic accounts and financial analysis knowledge to tender pricing and cost estimation.
- Assisted in evaluating financial aspects of tenders and prepared cost breakdowns.
5. Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary documents and approvals.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and government bodies when required.
6. Time Management:
- Responsible for effective time management and adherence to tender submission timelines.
- Prioritizing tasks, Maintaining detailed schedules and tracking multiple bids simultaneously and prompt completion of all tender related activities to avoid last minute delays.
7. Site Visit:
- Responsible for conducting site visits to understand project requirements, assess site conditions, collect technical and commercial inputs, coordinate with site stakeholders, identify potential challenges, and ensure accurate bid preparation based on actual site observations.
- Maintaining detailed site visit reports and timely sharing of findings to support tender submission within deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
