Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
The role involves lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, site visits, sales negotiations, and deal closures while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, events, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Identify prospective buyers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Closing & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate documentation, booking formalities, and agreement processes.
- Successfully close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with customer service, legal, accounts, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information to management.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Business Development, or Residential/Commercial Property Marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
