Back Office Executive
This position is based in our Head office at Durg. You will be working closely with the Front Office Executive / Manager of the company in all regular dealings and reporting. You will be expected to assist the front office in all respect and undertake necessary responsibilities from time to time.
Roles , Responsibilities & Required Skills
- High level of Written and verbal communication skills. Good in basic English language which includes drafting of mails and letters
- Working knowledge of CRM Platforms. Able to correspond with clients through mail and verbal also
- Knowledge of Computer operating systems and MS office sotware Word, Excel and Power point is a must. Should have good command over advance excel.
- Data management / Document Management
- Familiarity with market research techniques Performing Market research, gathering and processing research data
- Well aware of internet usage (To visit various sites and complete the document formalities technical as well as commercial)
- Ability to work as part of the team as a proactive member and ability to respond to requests from management
- Performing basic admin duties including princing, sending mails and filing proper documentation.
- Organizing Staff /Client meeting and updating calendars
- Ability to understand basic technical terminology
- Quick learner, excellent team-worker and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durg, Durg - 491001, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
