As a Specialist – Talent Sourcing, you will play a critical role in driving hiring success by partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent pipelines. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for volume hiring as well as niche engineering roles, particularly within HVAC (air conditioning), data center, and engineering domains.
You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and stakeholder engagement to identify, attract, and engage top talent in competitive markets.
- Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies for high-volume engineering and technical roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms
- Build pipelines for active and passive talent, especially in HVAC, cooling technologies, and data center engineering
- Create compelling outreach and job advertisements aligned to client branding
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and challenges
- Act as a consultative advisor, sharing market insights and talent trends
- Recommend talent pools, alternative locations, and adjacent skill sets
- Conduct thorough screening to assess skills, motivation, and fit
- Ensure candidates are well-informed and aligned before submission
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Manage sourcing for bulk hiring mandates with speed and quality
- Track and optimize key metrics:
- Submission-to-interview ratio
- Offer conversion rate
- Time-to-source
- Use data and hiring trends to refine sourcing strategies
- Continuously evaluate pipeline performance and improve effectiveness
- Deliver a seamless and consultative candidate experience
- Represent the client brand effectively and promote EVP
3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing / recruitment, with exposure to Engineering, Industrial, or Infrastructure hiring
Experience in HVAC / Mechanical / Data Center roles preferred
Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
Strong expertise in:
- Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Talent mapping and pipeline building
- Stakeholder management and communication
Ability to manage multiple requisitions at scale with speed and quality
Strong data-driven mindset to track performance and drive continuous improvement
