Job Description :- Inside Sales Representative
· Calling prospective customers and answering calls from customers
· Make cold calls for new business leads
· Getting Contact Information of Senior Persons
· Talking to senior IT managers / CFO / Directors
· Educate the prospective customers to bring them to the table to discuss IT requirements by following a prepared script to give service and customer reference information.
· Conducting a primary research on the company by using tools like Probe 42, Lusha and other tele marketing tools.
· Connecting with the qualified companies.
· Forwarding qualified leads to sales team .
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
· Maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual reports of data collected.
· Maintains technical knowledge.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
· Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, projects etc
· Preparing Quotations.
· Co-ordinating with clients for the outstanding payments.
· Order execution.
· Maintaining data base of clients.
· Co-ordinate with co-operate sales team for daily execution.
· Follow up on material dispatch and deliveries with logistic team.
· Handling customers calls and emails regarding delivery of material.
· Handling customers inquiries and complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
