Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales team
- Drive property sales for residential & commercial projects
- Generate leads through site visits, brokers & marketing activities
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with construction & marketing teams
