POSITION:- STORES EXECUTIVE
Job Description:-
We are looking for a dedicated and Plant-oriented Store Executive / Store Assistant with 1–2 years of experience in Engineering Stores management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling engineering materials, inventory management, inward and outward stock processes, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations related to engineering materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Handle inward and outward material entries accurately.
- Maintain stock records, inventory levels, and material tracking.
- Perform regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain ERP / Excel records for store transactions.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure housekeeping and compliance within the store area.
Qualification:- Diploma/ BE/ BA/ B.Com
Pay: 15,000-25,000 per month
