- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and post-operative recovery needs.
- Deliver specialized nursing care, including wound management and surgical site monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Continuously monitor vital signs and identify early indicators of complications or health deterioration.
- Implement stringent infection prevention and control measures to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery plans, medication management, and health maintenance.
- Assist with rehabilitation activities and promote independence in daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, dignity, and a high standard of service in the home setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
