Operations Executive – Fixed Income (Bonds)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive with prior experience in capital market operations to support day-to-day onboarding and transaction processes for our Online Bond Platform (OBPP).
Candidates with exposure to Fixed Income products such as Bonds / NCDs and experience in KYC, onboarding, settlement support, or trade operations in broking / wealth platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Support fixed income (bond / NCD) transaction operations from order placement to settlement.
· Track payment status, settlement updates, and demat credit of securities.
· Assist with client onboarding and KYC follow-ups.
· Perform basic validation of PAN, bank, and demat details.
· Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams.
· Resolve client queries related to onboarding, transactions, and settlements.
· Maintain daily trackers for KYC, transactions, and settlements.
· Assist in preparation of order receipts and deal-related documents.
Requirements
· 1+ year of experience in financial services / broking operations.
· Prior exposure to Fixed Income instruments (Bonds / NCDs) preferred.
· Experience in onboarding, KYC, or transaction operations.
· Familiarity with demat accounts and settlement workflows.
· Good written communication skills.
· Comfortable working with Excel and internal tools.
· Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
