- Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead brand promotion, digital marketing, and campaign activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Client Service Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and resolve service-related concerns.
- Monitor service quality and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience.
- Financial & Operational Management
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Monitor departmental performance and profitability.
- Prepare business reports and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Set departmental goals and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.

- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or business management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, business development, and financial management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
