We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for Banking Voice Process (Debit & Credit Cards) and Tech Support Voice Process roles. Candidates will handle customer queries over calls, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for banking or technical support queries
- Assist customers with Debit & Credit card services, transactions, or technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Provide accurate information and maintain professional communication
- Follow company process and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Banking role requires Any Graduate – No Backlogs)
- Experience: Fresher or 6 months – 1 year experience in voice/customer support
- Language: Excellent English communication skills required
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Salary:
- Banking Voice Process: Up to ₹5.75 LPA
- Tech Support / Voice Process: ₹3.5 LPA / ₹21K CTC
- Invoice Model: Up to ₹4.8 LPA / ₹32K
Work Details:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational shifts
- Cab facility available within 24 km radius
- Banking process requires CRT 72 assessment
