Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, generate, and follow up on leads for potential real estate buyers in Gurgaon, both residential and commercial.
- Client Consultation: Understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- Property Showcases: Conduct property tours, showcasing the key features and benefits of available properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals effectively and work closely with clients to ensure smooth closures.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings within the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Documentation & Paperwork: Assist clients with necessary paperwork and ensure all legalities are taken care of for successful transactions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (2+ years), preferably in the Gurgaon market.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including trends, property values, and legalities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Gurgaon for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet individual and collective targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors to drive sales in Gurgaon’s competitive market.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and strategies for increasing market share in Gurgaon and surrounding areas.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure the continued success of the team.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and property dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
