We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate site operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day site activities, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. Resolve technical issues arising at the construction site. Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work. Ensure timely completion of project milestones. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience as a Civil Site Engineer (preferred). Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
