Hospital Insurance Representative Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance providers
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for clients
- Process insurance claims and appeals
- Educate clients on their insurance coverage and benefits
- Resolve any issues or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Eagerness to learn hospital insurance processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
