SALES DEPARTMENT – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SALES EXECUTIVE (Minimum 1 Year Experience Required)
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property deals. This is a frontline sales role focused on achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
- Achieve assigned sales and visit targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Support smooth execution of property deals
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Confidence in client handling and fieldwork
- Target-oriented mindset
2. TEAM LEADER (Minimum 2 Years Experience Required)
Role Overview:
The Team Leader manages a small sales team, ensuring performance targets are met while supporting executives in client handling and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives
- Monitor daily performance and provide feedback
- Assist in client meetings and negotiations
- Ensure achievement of team targets
- Report progress to Sales Manager
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance
Skills Required:
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Target-driven approach
- Knowledge of Noida real estate market
3. SALES MANAGER (Minimum 2–3 Years Experience Required)
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager leads the entire sales team, sets targets, develops strategies, and ensures revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Set monthly/quarterly targets and monitor performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle escalated client issues
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Ensure high client satisfaction and conversions
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience in real estate sales management
