- Promote chit fund schemes to customers and explain scheme benefits.
- Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly subscription and collection targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and customer meetings.
- Assist customers in completing application and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding customer onboarding and payment updates.
- Attend promotional campaigns, branch activities, and marketing events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, finance, NBFC, or chit fund industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
