- Position: Company Secretary (CS) / Corporate Secretary / Compliance Officer
- Function: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance norms.
- Qualification: Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience Range: 0–02 years (entry to mid-level).
- Salary Range (India): ₹3–6 lakhs per annum depending on experience and company size.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws.
- File statutory returns, resolutions, and forms with MCA/ROC.
- Manage regulatory filings with SEBI (for listed companies).
- Board & Shareholder Meetings
- Organise board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
- Draft agendas, circulate notices, and prepare accurate minutes.
- Ensure board procedures are followed rigorously.
- Corporate Governance
- Advise the board on governance and compliance matters.
- Act as custodian of corporate records and statutory registers.
- Coordinate secretarial audits and due diligence.
- Communication & Liaison
- Act as the link between board, regulators, and shareholders.
- Manage shareholder relations, including AGM organisation and annual reports.
- Provide clarifications to government agencies when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
