We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Operations
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with different departments when required
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good personality with a professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude with problem-solving skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
