Job Summary
Nectere Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager – CCTV Surveillance to lead and manage CCTV surveillance projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling surveillance system installations, project execution, client coordination, team management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor CCTV surveillance projects.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation and installation activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers and installation teams.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at project sites.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, Networking, and Access Control Systems.
- Experience in surveillance project execution and site management.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Vendor and client management.
- Project planning and documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in CCTV Surveillance, Security Systems, or ELV Projects.
- PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Government, Smart City, Railway, Airport, Industrial, or Large Enterprise CCTV Surveillance projects.
- Knowledge of networking, structured cabling, and surveillance system integration.
