What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities
● Identify, connect with clients for focused projects and understand their requirements and help them to choose the home with their requirements .
● Drive business development and revenue growth through strategic partnerships
● Present Grahm’s solutions to clients through meetings, site visits, and presentations
● Convert qualified leads through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and negotiations
● Enhance brand presence and credibility within the real estate developer ecosystem
● Expand the client base through referrals and repeat business from existing developer partners
● Act as a key liaison between internal teams and developer clients to ensure smooth project execution.
● Control on Site visit Conversions .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
