Customer Care Officer – Construction Company

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Officer to manage customer relationships, address client queries, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions in the construction, real estate, or property industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and site teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, possession schedules, and service activities.
- Maintain customer records, communication history, and service request details.
- Manage post-sales customer support and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving issues related to construction, documentation, and handover.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and property inspections.
- Handle feedback collection and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with documentation, agreements, handover processes, and related queries.
- Prepare customer service reports and update management on customer concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/customer relationship roles, preferably in construction, real estate, or property development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage customer expectations.
- Professional approach with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
