Purpose of Position:
Ensures coordination of creating the entire prototype bill of materials.
Represents the creation of the prototype BOM based on the requirements of the zone of the
interior parts including the processing of the PrNr description
Expertise in of PR nos & Assembly flow
Prepare BOM for proto changes, common knowledge about the cars
Communication with all department of Technical development
Inform Purchase to order these parts
Tasks:
1. Compiled: BOMs - Test Vehicles
2. Coordinated: entrusted projects

4. Compiled: Combination of PR numbers - experimental vehicle
5. Developed: reports on the project status
6. Coordinated: List of parts list - test carrier, SW
7. Saves: Bills of material - IS PPS, test carrier
8. Analyzed: accessibility of the test carriers
9. Suggests: Final score of the bill of materials - test carrier
10. Suggests: schedules for projects
11. Forgives: BOM check - test carrier, DMU
12. Checks: completeness of the parts list and weight analyzes - with departments
13. Forgives: Documents - IS VDS
