Profile : Business Development Executive ( Field Work )
Job location : Pune( Field )
Salary : 25,000- 30,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through site visits, cold calling, referrals, and channel partners.
- Promote Solar PV Systems (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted) and Heat Pump solutions to potential customers.
- Meet clients, conduct presentations, and explain product features and benefits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates for customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and design teams for site surveys and project planning.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Solar / Heat Pump / HVAC / Capital Equipment Sales.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV Systems and Heat Pump products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
